There is nothing to pay before you start. HubSpot requires a $1,500 one-time onboarding fee on top of its subscription. Fluere does not charge one, at any tier, at any size — and migration is free and guided: tooling and a call to walk you through moving your data.

Nothing to apply for, nothing to underwrite, no account to open, no bank to switch. You pay for software, and nobody sits between your company and its own cash. That is the comparison worth making.
What counts as an active user
An active user is anyone who submits an expense or a report during that calendar month. Those are the people you pay for. Approvers who only approve are free. So is anyone who files nothing that month. For example: forty employees, eight of whom submit expenses, is billed as eight.

The fine print, in plain words
- All prices are in US dollars. Fluere CRM is priced per seat per month. Fluere Expense is priced per active user per month, except Solo Pro, which is a flat monthly price for a single-person account.
- Annual plans are paid once for the year and work out at 2 months free compared with paying month to month. Solo and Solo Pro cost the same either way.
- “Custom” appears on Enterprise only. Every other figure on this page is the price.
- Competitor figures quoted on this page were read from those vendors’ own published pricing pages on 25 July 2026 and may have changed since.
